**Operations Coordinator**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The Operations Coordinator is the backbone of our operation and plays a vital role in supporting the efficient functioning of our organization’s daily operations. This position collaborates closely with various departments, contributing to the overall success of the company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Beyond what is typically the responsibilities of an office administrator and coordinator, we expect the following:

- Responsible for consistent internal communication for both office and field teams.
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams, external partners, and clients, providing information and resolving basic issues as needed.
- As directed by the leadership team, research new suppliers, software, products, equipment etc.
- In house “expert” for Microsoft Suite and eventually other non-technical software and apps used by employees.
- Coordinate all business development initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing internal projects by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources.
- Compile and analyze data to generate reports and insights.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 10 yrs experience as an administrator | coordinator
- Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
