**About the Role**
AtlantiCann Medical Inc. (AMI) is currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The Inventory Coordinator ensures the efficient handling of materials and products by maintaining accurate records, verifying quality and compliance, and organizing supplies for production. Acting as a key link between receiving, inventory management, and production, this role supports smooth operations and upholds the company’s commitment to quality and regulatory standards.
**Hours of work: 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Thoroughly inspect received materials or products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure that incoming materials comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality policies.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming materials, including lot numbers and serial numbers, ensuring accurate traceability throughout the production process.
- Assign appropriate part numbers to incoming materials based on established protocols, ensuring consistency and clarity in inventory management systems.
- Palletize and prepare all outgoing shipments with proper paperwork.
- Collaborate with purchasing and internal teams to address any quality concerns or discrepancies.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to the quality of received goods.
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality-related problems promptly.
- Keep the receiving area organized and clean to facilitate efficient inspections and operations
- Organize and assist production to distribute supplies on demand and ensure smooth transition of material.
**What You Bring**
- Must be 19+ years old
- Post secondary is considered an asset
- Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- First Aid & CPR training is considered an asset
- Forklift certification is considered an asset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
**Site Conditions & Physical Requirements**
- Comfortable with exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, odours, extreme temperatures, and water.
- Comfortable wearing full personal protective equipment while on the production floor.
- Able to lift, push and pull 35 pounds
- Able to bend, squat or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a ladder up to 12-20 feet high

Pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour
