**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to lead our team and ensure the seamless operation for Bar Prequel. The Floor Manager will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable guest experience, maintaining high service standards, and optimizing the overall efficiency of the establishment.

**Responsibilities**:Team Leadership**:
Lead and motivate the front-of-house staff, including mixologists, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
Provide training, guidance, and feedback to enhance employee performance and ensure consistent service quality.

**Guest Experience**:
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Oversee the implementation of service standards to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons.

**Operations Management**:
Coordinate daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift transitions, and cash handling.
Monitor beverages, ingredients, and supplies inventory levels to prevent shortages and waste.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food and drink service, adhering to quality standards.

**Quality Control**:
Maintain high standards of cocktail preparation, presentation, and taste consistency.
Conduct regular quality checks on beverages, ensuring they meet the bar's established specifications.
Address and rectify any inconsistencies in drink quality or presentation.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to create a safe environment for staff and guests.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health codes.

**Problem Solving**:
Quickly and effectively resolve any operational challenges, customer complaints, or employee conflicts.
Make informed decisions to ensure the smooth flow of operations during busy periods and unforeseen circumstances.

**Communication**:
Foster open communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to facilitate efficient service.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving overall bar performance and profitability.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a high-volume cocktail bar or restaurant setting.
In-depth knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to implement them effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
