**About Us**:

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Business Development Associate to help us identify new business opportunities and grow our client base. This retainer-based, combined with commission role allows for flexibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, social media, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their accounting needs.
- Present our services and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Work with existing clients to develop relationships and layer products and services, or contract extension.
- Collaborate directly with fractional employees, subcontractors, and our internal account managers to understand client needs.
- Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.
- Track leads, manage your sales pipeline, and report on progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development; experience in accounting or financial services is a plus.
- Project management experience would also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to be professional yet candid.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: $38,134.31-$98,754.42 per year

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
