Goderich Toyota is looking for a **Sales Representative** to join their team in Goderich.

Our **Sales Representatives** are responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles and creating lasting relationships with customers.

Purchasing a vehicle is an exciting time The **Sales Representative** will walk customers through the sales process, including conducting test drives, reviewing vehicle prices and educating customers on vehicle inventory.

**Job Duties**:

- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
- Provide customers with excellent customer service and information regarding vehicles for sale.
- Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Provide financial information regarding finance rates.
- Performs other duties as required.

**What We Look For**:

- Valid OMVIC Licence required.
- Valid G driver's license.
- **Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required - training will be provided.**:

- Previous experience selling Toyota products is an asset.
- Previous experience in dealership environment is considered an asset.
- A passion for customer service.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and OneEighty CRM.
- Well-developed problem solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
