Calgary, Canada MCG College Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct informative presentations and public speaking engagements to prospective students and their families.
- Educate potential applicants about admission requirements, program offerings, and campus resources.
- Utilize Ellucian software to manage student records and track admissions progress.
- Build relationships with prospective students through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Engage in consultative sales to understand prospective students' needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Participate in recruitment events, including college fairs and open houses, to promote the institution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in compliance with institutional policies.

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma or Degree; experience in higher education or admissions is a plus.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in student recruitment or consultative sales is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Ellucian or similar student information systems is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
