Alberta Paramount College is seeking a dedicated Admissions Advisor to join our team for maternity leave coverage. The Admissions Advisor will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our academic programs, financial aid, and campus resources. This position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling**: Provide personalized advice to students on program selection, career opportunities, and financial aid options.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with faculty, financial aid advisors, and other departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
- **Recruitment Events**: Participate in college fairs, open houses, and recruitment events to promote Alberta Paramount College and attract prospective students.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Gather and analyze feedback from prospective students to enhance the admissions process and recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration
- 2 years of Admissions experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of inquiries and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.

Position will start January of 2025.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
