**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and coordinating warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Effectively manage warehouse staff: including scheduling, task assignment, problem-solving, performance management, and providing coaching and team development support.
- Responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inventory data.
- Manage the process of handling customer orders by warehouse personnel, including order confirmation, item picking, and shipping arrangements.
- Collaborate with logistics suppliers to coordinate transportation and delivery of goods, ensuring the timely arrival of goods.
- Oversee the quality of goods, including inspecting their integrity, quality, and expiration dates, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and implement effective loss management strategies to minimize inventory losses.
- Ensure the safety of the warehouse and equipment, develop and enforce safety policies and procedures, and train employees to comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as sales, procurement, and customer service) to ensure order processing and inventory management coordination.
- Collect and analyze warehouse operational data, and provide relevant reports and recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency and cost management.

**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership and team management skills, able to effectively guide and motivate warehouse staff.
- Familiarity with warehouse operation processes, including receiving, sorting, storage, and shipping of goods.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and methods, capable of effectively managing and optimizing inventory levels.
- Meticulous safety awareness, able to promote and implement safety practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with different departments and teams.
- Proficient in analyzing and solving problems, capable of identifying and proposing opportunities for improvement to optimize operational efficiency.
- Able to stay calm and take appropriate actions in emergency situations.
- Proficient in using common office software and warehouse management systems.
- Possess a strong spirit of teamwork, able to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
