**Position Overview**:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory levels by executing regular cycle counts and communicating low stock levels with the purchasing team
- Manage and update stock locations for new and existing inventory
- Oversee shipping and receiving for all orders
- **Operations Management**:

- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff
- Develop and enforce daily operating procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and safety training
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Implement new technologies and best practices to streamline warehouse operations

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in electrical or plumbing distribution
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

Pay: $38,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
