**The Role: Payroll Administrator**

This position is part of a 3 person payroll department and will be responsible for:

- Payroll of approximately 250 employees
- Management of deductions and remittances
- Responding to internal and external enquiries regarding payroll
- Processing annual T4’s, ROE’s and various payroll reports
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 year of experience in payroll
- Experience with the ADP Workforce system
- Working knowledge of Sage preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work with highly confidential information and maintain the strictest confidentiality in all matters
- Payroll certification with Canadian Payroll Association
- Knowledge of Employment Standards in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario

**Compensation**: Commensurate with Experience
