**About Us**
We’re a growing security services company managing a team of 160+ employees across multiple sites. To improve efficiency and control, we’re bringing our payroll and HR functions in-house—and we’re also looking for someone who can lend a hand with general office administration when needed.
**The Opportunity**
We’re hiring a **Payroll, HR & Coordinator** who will take full ownership of payroll processing and support day-to-day HR and administrative tasks. You’ll ensure timely and accurate payroll, assist with employee records and compliance, and support basic office operations.
**What You'll Do**
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for 160+ employees
- Prepare and file ROEs, T4s, and government remittances
- Maintain employee records, vacation tracking, and benefits data
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and taxes
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
- Coordinate with accounting to reconcile payroll data
- Stay current on CRA, WSIB, and employment standards
- **Support general admin duties** such as organizing files, ordering supplies, assisting with scheduling, and handling basic office communications
**What You Bring**
- 2+ years of Canadian payroll experience
- Familiarity with payroll systems (QuickBooks, Payworks, ADP, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Working knowledge of employment standards, statutory deductions, and government remittances
- **Ability to multitask and assist with basic administrative duties**:
- Bonus: Experience in HR or the security/service industry

Pay: $39,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
