We're looking to hire an experienced data analytics manager to help us make quick, informed decisions.
- Create actionable reports and give recommendations to senior management
- Collect, organize, and cleanse raw data into a useful format
- Work with senior management to identify gaps in reporting and develop solutions to address them
- Communicate fluently with all levels of employees and senior management
- Be aware of current technology trends in the field and stay up to date on new developments in the industry
- Maintain knowledge of the latest analytical techniques and methods for processing large datasets

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
- Well-versed in machine learning
- Works with operating systems such as UNIX/LINUX
- Ability to work with data analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView and D3

Something else that's important to this role is being able to communicate clearly and effectively with people who aren't specialists - software engineers, designers, senior management, etc. - so you need to be proficient in breaking things down into simple terms that everyone can understand.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- SAINT JOHN, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
