In this role, you will be designing data solutions to drive business decisions and operational efficiency. If you are passionate about data engineering and analytics, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy tackling complex data challenges, we would love to have you on our team.Key Responsibilities:Report & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI to meet business needs.Data Modeling & Optimization:Build and optimize Snowflake data models to ensure scalability and high performance.Data Pipelines & Transformation:Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using dbt, ensuring accurate and efficient data transformation.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver analytical insights that drive decision-making.Process Improvement:Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data governance, SDLC processes, and analytics workflows.Mentorship & Leadership:Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence in data engineering.Issue Resolution:Diagnose and resolve data-related issues, ensuring smooth and reliable data operations.Required Skills & Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or sufficient proven experience within the field.Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with hands-on expertise in SSRS, Power BI, Snowflake, and dbt & SSRS or equivalent tools & technologies.Technical Expertise:Proven ability to design and implement large-scale data solutions and optimize complex data models using a variety of modeling techniques such as Star Schema & OBT.Governance & Process:Strong understanding of data governance, quality standards, and enforcing processes in data operations.Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Architect Mindset: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions by leveraging the appropriate tools, while adopting a comprehensive, end-to-end process perspective.Time Management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent work streams with competing deadlines, including experience prioritizing high-impact work in a fast-paced environment.Results Mindset: Experience quantifying and communicating business impact of analytics solutions. Track record of driving measurable improvements in business processes through data-driven solutions.
