Unlimited Medical Centres is seeking two fast-paced, energetic individual, with a Medical Office Assistant Certificate, one to assist at our front desk and one to assist in our nursing station to fill and prep rooms. Seeking a joyful individual to join our glowing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Duties**: Greet patients warmly and professionally, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, verifying insurance information and collecting co-payments as needed.
- **Medical Records Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, including patient demographics, medical history, and treatment plans. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations in handling sensitive patient information.
- **Billing and Coding Support**: Assist with billing tasks, such as coding diagnoses and procedures, submitting insurance claims, and processing payments. Collaborate with billing specialists to resolve any billing-related issues or discrepancies.
- **Office Organization**: Keep the reception area and office environment clean, organized, and welcoming. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory to support efficient operations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and support interdisciplinary teamwork. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between administrative and clinical tasks.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a medical office assistant is preferred
- Familiarity with medical software such as Healthquest
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues
