**Portfolio Services Administrator**
As a Portfolio Services Administrator, you can expect to work collaboratively with a team of about 4 colleagues on General Ledger (GL) fund management and various reports. You will be ensuring that all lease and loan forms and/or documentation is accurately completed, updated when required, consistent with credit and legal requirements. Responsible for exercising adherence to: credit and matrix authorizations, system rules, and corporate policies to ensure the accurate completion of documentation while meeting customer expected turnaround-timing commitments.

**Day to Day**
- Assist in the identification of incoming unidentified payments
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding payment identification
- Customer and Vendor follow up as necessary with administrative tasks including cheque inquiries (name mismatch), credit card updates (expires/CVV), payment issues (unsigned cheques, PAPP rejects/setup issues)
- Reconcile accounts as needed
- Equipment exchange validations and approvals
- Lien discharge approvals
- GL report management
- Ensure the paperwork to ensure all payments received are applied to the proper contracts
- Review, action, update comment for all GL reports monthly
- Reports
- Insurance Fee setup reports
- End of term asset status reports
- Responsible for conducting any necessary or assigned daily, weekly, monthly and system audits, including the completion of findings.
- Responsible for conducting various daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc system audits, including the completion of findings.
- Work with various departments within DLL as necessary to complete requests (i.e., sales support, contract admin, lease admin)
- Accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s and SLA’s
- Ensure accurate and timely updates and paperwork request processing with 24hrs of all necessary data in DLL’s back-end system.
- Responsible for conducting any necessary or assigned daily, weekly, monthly and system audits, including the completion of findings.
- Participate in any system and/or automation testing, or special projects, as requested by management.
- Back-up to others as deemed necessary and assigned by manager.
- As part of Portfolio Services, the Portfolio Services administrator may be called upon from time to time to complete other administration responsibilities to ensure effective workload for the entire team.
- Participate in department and cross-functional initiatives.
- Other duties (general office) as required.
- Assist Contract Amendment with debtor change requests.

**Essentials**
- Post-Secondary education a requirement
- Strong attention to detail and excellent keying data entry skills
- Having worked in a Finance or Operations function with leasing or financing industry experience considered an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing attention to detail while meeting set deadlines.
- Must be self-directed, decisive and goal oriented.
- Comfortable working in an empowered work environment with established goals/expected results and limited step-by-step direction.
