**Dear Future Ops Leader,**

We’re The Laundry Brothers — a fast-growing laundry and dry cleaning startup serving clinics, gyms, spas, and families across Greater Vancouver.

We’re building a $100M laundry subscription business. But to get there, we need someone **on the ground** running our Maple Ridge facility with military precision. Someone who doesn’t flinch when there’s a problem. Someone who makes things happen.

That’s where you come in.

**The Role**
- We’re hiring a **Facility Operations Manager** — someone to **own the daily production floor**. You’ll manage the washers, folders, dry cleaning team, and drivers. You’ll make sure orders go out on time, staff stay productive, and customers get what they paid for.
- This is **not a desk job**. You’ll be on your feet, solving problems, pushing the pace, and keeping the team sharp. If an order’s missing, you find it. If a route is behind, you drive it. If someone’s falling short, you step in and lead.
- We don’t need someone who needs to be told what to do. We need someone who tells _us_ what’s happening on the floor — and makes it better.

**What You’ll Actually Do Every Day**:

- Run the floor: washing, folding, dry cleaning, order staging
- Coordinate routes and handoffs with drivers
- Jump in and help if the team is falling behind
- Set daily quotas and track performance
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and running like a machine
- Lead the team with clarity, confidence, and urgency
- Report daily numbers to leadership and solve small issues before they become big ones

This is a masterclass in operations leadership. You’ll get your reps. You’ll build systems. You’ll learn to make decisions that affect customers, revenue, and growth — fast.

**Compensation**:

- **$50,000/year base**:

- **Monthly bonus** tied to output, on-time delivery, and labor efficiency
- Free laundry (obviously)

**Requirements**:

- You **must** be able to work on-site daily in Maple Ridge
- You **must** have a valid driver’s license (you’ll drive if needed)
- 1-3+ years of experience managing people or production
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in laundry, foodservice, or logistics
