**Duties**

Crew management.

Communicating with office staff in regards to production and crew.

Ensuring safety paperwork is managed efficiently and effectively is crucial.

Ensure all machinery and parts are itemized and maintained.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop.

Order parts as required.

**Requirements**:
Proactive leader.

Staying ahead of and on top of annual projects and maintenance schedules.

**Nice To Haves**

Diplomatic, well rounded leader than can effectively manage a crew.
