Job Summary:
The Plumbing Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of our plumbing operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing a team of plumbers, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily operations of plumbing projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues promptly.

Team Leadership:

- Supervise and mentor a team of plumbers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Client Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage budgets for plumbing projects.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
- Quality Control:

- Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
- Address any quality control issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Vendor Coordination:

- Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Plumbing Operations Manager or similar role in the plumbing industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, heating and drainage systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid plumbing license.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Plumbing Ticket (preferred)
- Gas Ticket (preferred)
