Moncton, Canada Hansen Signs Full time

Hansen Signs is seeking a proactive, results driven Sales Coordinator to help lead our growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the _hands on legwork of sales, by _qualifying opportunities, opening doors, and keeping momentum moving, while working closely with the president to close deals.

Unlike traditional sales roles, this position focuses on execution and coordination. You will play a critical role in identifying, nurturing, and preparing opportunities for high value sales conversations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pre qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate new opportunities
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement
- Extend and introduce additional services to existing clients
- Coordinate internally to support onboarding and smooth client transitions
- Prepare qualified leads and insights for strategic sales discussions
- Work directly with Hansen signs president to align outreach strategies and prioritize opportunities

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client coordination
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership
- Detail oriented, persistent, and results focused
- Professional, adaptable, and comfortable behind the scenes of the sales process
