This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Canada, as long as you have reliable internet access. We are looking for aspiring sales leaders who want to join a remote-first company with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country.

The Opportunity
We are building a world-class Business Development Team to support our diverse client portfolio. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and scheduling new customer demos or meetings, enabling our clients/' sales teams to close deals effectively.

1. Initial Phone Call: We'll start with a friendly phone interview to get to know you better.

4. Cold Call Test: Finally, you'll get the chance to participate in a cold call test to showcase your sales skills.

4. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package, with a base pay range of 40,000 to 60,000 CAD and an additional 10,000 to 20,000 CAD in commissions, plus great benefits

- Source and qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for our clients’ Account Executives via communications
- Meet weekly and monthly qualified opportunity goals to ensure client revenue objectives are met
- Empower and assist leading fast-growth companies with Business Development Intelligence
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our system, sales industry trends, and competition
What You Bring To The Table
- Post secondary education
- Passion for innovation/technology and possess a high level of integrity
- Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach
- Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
