Ultimate Renovations is seeking a **Project Administrator** to support our production team and keep operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating logistics, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring that projects stay on track.

As a **Project Administrator**, you will:

- Prepare and issue purchase orders using **SAGE**, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting codes.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including signage, vehicles, and shared spaces.
- Schedule and coordinate the company runner to ensure materials, bins, and project needs are met efficiently.
- Serve as the **first point of contact** for clients, walk-ins, and phone inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:
On your resume, we will be looking for the following qualifications:

- **3+ years** of experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong **critical thinking and problem-solving** skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience in the **renovation/construction industry** or a basic understanding of construction principles.
- Post-secondary education in **business administration** or **project management**.
- Experience with **SAGE accounting software**.
- Familiarity with **construction plans and specifications**.
