**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up to date.
- Utilize PC LAW for financial record-keeping and basic accounting tasks.
- Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills and improve overall productivity.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Oversee payroll for employees.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in PC LAW or other accounting software is preferred.
- Strong human resources knowledge, particularly in recruitment and employee management.
- Experience in front desk operations with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to develop training programs tailored to employee needs.
- Exceptional clerical skills with attention to detail in documentation and filing systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with phone systems and administrative tasks essential for office management.
