**Your Role**:

- Involved in all planning and scheduling functions including the development, maintenance, update, and analysis of integrated schedules for engineering and procurement projects.
- Ensure regular status updates documenting schedule performance, critical paths, and forecast analysis are provided to the responsible managers.
- Use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
- Monitor and analyze resource utilization.
- Report on project costs against baseline budgets, alerting the project teams to cost performance.
- Interface with internal project teams for collecting status and progress updates.
- Interface with clients on schedule, cost, and status reporting.
- Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
- Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
- Additional duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in project controls.
- AACE or PMP Certification an asset.
- Previous experience in engineering consulting an asset.
- Engineering or Technical educational background an asset.
- Understanding of Earned Value analysis and Progress Measurement.
- Proficient with MS Project and Primavera P6, as well as Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail oriented and can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
