Your Role

• Involved in all planning and scheduling functions including the development, maintenance, update, and analysis of integrated schedules for engineering and procurement projects.
• Ensure regular status updates documenting schedule performance, critical paths, and forecast analysis are provided to the responsible managers.
• Use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Monitor and analyze resource utilization.
• Report on project costs against baseline budgets, alerting the project teams to cost performance.
• Interface with internal project teams for collecting status and progress updates.
• Interface with clients on schedule, cost, and status reporting.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project controls.
• AACE or PMP Certification an asset.
• Previous experience in engineering consulting an asset.
• Engineering or Technical educational background an asset.
• Understanding of Earned Value analysis and Progress Measurement.
• Proficient with MS Project and Primavera P6, as well as Excel, and Word.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented and can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
