The Millcroft Inn & Spa is currently offering the exciting opportunity to join our team as an Temporary Full-time Assistant Spa Manager

The **Assistant Spa Manager** collaborates with the Spa Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Spa.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assists the Spa Manager in ensuring the level of service performed by the Spa Team is characteristic of a four-diamond hotel rating.
- Responsible for assisting with training and monitoring of Spa Team Members.
- Assists the Spa Manager with the scheduling of all team members
- Performs Spa Concierge duties as necessary
- Minimum of two years hands-on experience in a Spa.
- Basic accounting principles such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Receipts, understanding of budgetary concepts.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.
