The Millcroft Inn & Spa located in Alton ON, is currently looking for a **Full-Time Spa Concierge** to come join our incredible team.

We need team members with flexible availability that will be available to work full-time hours, and weekends.

The Millcroft Inn & Spa is known for the striking natural beauty of its surroundings. With the addition of our state of the art, 3-tiered outdoor hot springs connected by cascading waterfalls, the Millcroft Spa is truly a wonder to behold for guests and staff members alike.

As a **Spa Concierge**, we want you to join our amazing Spa team You will ensure guests are consistently provided with exceptional and high quality service in a manner consistent with the operation of a first class spa. We need you to help us provide exceptional and memorable experiences
- 2-3 years of exceptional customer service experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Post-secondary education desirable.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.

**Please note: This position largely requires work on the weekends.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
