Spa Receptionist

The Millcroft Inn & Spa is looking for a **Full-time** **Spa Receptionist** to join our amazing Spa team You will ensure guests are consistently provided with exceptional and high quality service in a manner consistent with the operation of a first class spa.

**Please note this position requires evening & weekend availabilty**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Welcomes each and every spa Guest, whether hotel guest, member or day guest.
- Assists clients to check in and out of the spa for appointments, and classes.
- Responds to telephone inquiries while asking probing questions in an attempt to up-sell and fulfill every client request.
- Suggesting additional products and services meeting our Guests’ specific preferences.
- Assessing Guests’ individual needs to meet standards for additional products and services.
- Fulfills requests for amenities within the Spa and facilities requests for services within the hotel, town and elsewhere, adopting a “never say no” approach.
- Performs the cash reconciliation procedure daily and tracks the cash flow on the squirrel system.
- Offers to book future appointments at the end of the Guest’s visit.
- Monitors the distribution of robes, towels, slippers and locks to each Guest.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 2-3 years of exceptional customer service experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays
- Post-secondary education desirable.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.42 per hour
