Our client is growing and looking for a talented and visionary strategic thinker and project leader who will oversee the execution of a key pillar of our growth strategy and help them build their customer base in their fast growing market.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will support the company’s future growth, develop and manage key business lines that are critical to their overall success while also actively engaging with various external customers and partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key team member of a high-growth company focused on becoming a leader in their field. As their network and brand grows, this role has the potential to expand in scope with the need for team leadership and day-to-day management of a larger team.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of new business opportunities and build relationships with key external stakeholders through business development and project life cycles;
- Serve as lead for critical special projects that require a robust go-to-market strategy and executional plan;
- Lead projects from launch through high growth phase to maturity;
- Identify, develop and maintain partnerships with multiple external stakeholder groups and lead the preparation and refinement of business cases;
- Negotiate contracts and commercial arrangements with various external partners to achieve economies of scale and help drive growth.
- Make growth recommendations based on financial and commercial analyses of opportunities;
- Create and manage the annual budget for special projects, and provide recommendations related to long-term strategic planning;
- Serve as key point of contact for managing relationships with key external partners & customers;
- Engage with cross-functional team members to develop or refine necessary sales and marketing tools to attract and acquire new clients;
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and the entire team to grow the brand;
- Understand the latest industry & technology trends.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree;
- Minimum 7 years of project management and business strategy experience managing complex products / services;
- Experience managing product / service offerings from launch through high growth within a high-paced, rapidly evolving industry;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business and financial acumen;
- Strong ability to identify business growth opportunities and lead execution;
- Experience negotiating large scale partnership agreements and contracts;
- Commercial analysis experience with the ability to identify and mitigate risks;
- Demonstrated experience with customer analytics and data tools, including CRM;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively adapting to multiple changing priorities;
- Highly effective team player able to work collaboratively with leads from other business functions (Legal, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
