**Manager of Strategic Partnerships - Job Description**

Position Overview: The **Manager of Strategic Partnerships** will be responsible for the strategy, development and sales of Impact Kitchen Catering, Events, & Corporate Sales with the goal of delivering great food and providing best-in-class client experience while achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales & Strategic Partnerships
- Set strategy, build and implement a calendar and lead sales outreach
- Oversee and support lead generation for catering, corporate sales, events & partnership sales:

- Create and drive systems, processes and sales material to streamline the sales and lead generation process
- Convert calls into sales meetings & sales meetings to sales; surpassing conversion and sales targets each step of the way
- Review daily sales reporting, including key item sales, sales conversion metrics and sales by channel to assess strategy
- Complete sales cycle by gathering Customer Feedback Survey and strategize on improvement opportunities
- Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Onboard & optimize technology that streamlines sales processes and/or customer experience
- Omni-channel monitoring of customer satisfaction to ensure operational excellence
- Report on customer engagement, customer satisfaction, online reviews and prepare plans for improvement
- Contribute & participate in the annual budgeting and business planning process for the restaurant

Qualifications:

- University degree. Specialization in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
- 3 years of Sales or Account Management experience
- Food service experience an asset
- Experience and fluency with Microsoft & Google Suite
- Design experience an asset
