**About the Role**:
You’ll be responsible for **overseeing all construction operations** — from major projects to service work — ensuring that every team, process, and project delivers exceptional results.

As the **leader of a 125-person team**, you’ll work closely with field and office leaders to ensure that **revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction** are achieved consistently. You’ll coach and develop managers, align teams to company goals, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

**Requirements**:
**About You**:
You’ve built your career in the **buildings construction industry**, managing commercial or institutional projects and leading teams both on-site and in the office. You know how to plan, organize, and execute complex work — and how to get the best out of people.

You’ve worked for a **General Contractor or specialized building Subtrade**, you’re comfortable sitting at the **leadership table**, and you understand what it means to manage both people and performance.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
You bring:

5+ years of construction management experience** in building construction

5+ years of experience managing a team**

Civil, mechanical, or construction engineering background** (college or university)
- Experience as **Senior L**eadership Team Member**
