_**Job Summary**_

Pomodori is a fast-casual restaurant known for our handcrafted, wood-fired pizzas, fresh ingredients, and friendly, high-energy service. We take pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for both our guests and our team.

We are currently hiring a full-time **General Store Manager** to lead our location and uphold the standards that make Pomodori special. This is a dynamic leadership role for a motivated individual with strong food service and customer experience backgrounds.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and food standards
- Manage employee scheduling, shift coverage, and labor cost targets
- Execute marketing initiatives as directed by the franchise
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and vendor communication
- Train, mentor, and lead team members to ensure productivity and morale
- Ensure food safety compliance and uphold cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with ownership and other store leadership to improve operations
- Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively
- **Qualifications**_
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a food service leadership or management role
- Proven background in customer service and team leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with inventory systems, scheduling tools, and basic restaurant financials
- Must be available to begin training immediately and commit to the August 1, 2025 start date as General Manager
- Reliable, driven, and able to lead by example

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
