Vice President, General Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring overall business success. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution—overseeing revenue generation, market development, customer relationships, business operations, and cross-functional alignment within the seafood manufacturing/automation space. The Director ensures that sales strategies, operational processes, and organizational capabilities work together to deliver sustainable growth and an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do

·      Develop and execute the strategic plan for revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and customer penetration.

·      Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships that support growth.

·      Lead annual business planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.

·      Manage financial performance across sales and operations, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

·      Develop and support business planning, inventory management, KPIs, territory plans, and forecasting processes.

·      Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and business scalability.

·      Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-trust team culture focused on accountability and innovation.

Required qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

·      7–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, or general management in
food manufacturing/automation; preferably in seafood.

·      Experience driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, forecasting, and budgeting.
