Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a high-profile government initiative focused on planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects with national and international dimensions.

This is a contract opportunity for a seasoned professional who is comfortable operating in structured, security-sensitive environments and working with diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities and events with
    national and international scope
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, risk logs, and status reports
  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple organizations and functional areas
  • Prepare formal project documentation, assessments, briefings, and reports
  • Support governance activities and ensure alignment with established frameworks and procedures
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful execution

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Senior-level project management experience managing complex initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or events at a national and/or international level
  • Strong background in producing formal project documentation (plans, reports, assessments, governance artefacts)
  • Valid Government of Canada SECRET security clearance (must be active)

Preferred Assets:

  • Experience working within
    federal government environments
  • Familiarity with structured governance and compliance-driven project delivery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Hybrid (Majority at home and
required tasks at Nepean, ON)

Secret Clearance (or eligible to obtain)
