**What You'll Do**:
As our Lead Carpenter, you'll be at the forefront of our diverse residential renovation projects, playing a pivotal role in their successful execution. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Leading on-site teams** to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- **Executing a wide range of carpentry tasks**, including forming, framing, and detailed finishing work.
- **Interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications** to ensure precise project implementation.
- **Maintaining impeccable safety standards** across all job sites.
- **Collaborating effectively** with clients and the Hapa Construction team, demonstrating exceptional communication and professionalism.
- **Problem-solving creatively** and critically to overcome on-site challenges.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- **5+ years of comprehensive carpentry experience** in both framing and finishing.
- **Proven ability to lead and mentor** on-site teams.
- **Exceptional proficiency with a wide array of tools and equipment**, coupled with a deep understanding of technique and methodology.
- **Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision** in all aspects of your work.
- **Dedication, reliability, and adaptability** to varying project demands and working conditions.
- **Openness to learning**, following directions, and integrating constructive feedback.
- **A broad skill set** encompassing forming, framing, and finishing carpentry.
- **Physical fitness** and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- **Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record** is essential.
- **Ownership of your personal power tools, hand tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).**
