Carpenter Position in Greater Vancouver (Exclusive to Greater Vancouver Applicants)

**Position**: Full-Time Carpenter (Permanent Role)

**Compensation**: $30 - $40 per hour (Experience-based)

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (_Paid overtime may be required_)

**Work Locations**: Vancouver Lower Mainland, including North Vancouver, Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby

**About Us**:
We are in search of a skilled and experienced carpenter who can confidently lead renovation projects with mínimal supervision. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from minor repairs to home additions and complete renovations. No two days are alike.
- Has 2+ years of carpentry experience
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and professionalism when dealing with clients
- Is dedicated, reliable, and adaptable to various working conditions
- Possesses meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision
- Is open to learning, following directions, and receiving constructive feedback
- Can mentor an apprentice and delegate tasks effectively
- Excels in critical and creative problem-solving
- Possesses a broad skill set encompassing forming, framing, and finishing carpentry
- Has a fundamental understanding of other trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
- Is comfortable interacting with building inspectors, architects, designers, and engineers
- Shows a clear understanding of the steps involved in home construction
- Has reliable transportation to reach various work locations
- Is physically fit and capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs
- Provides personal protective equipment (PPE) and hand tools
