**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator at Stringer Sales Inc. in Calgary, AB. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication, and sales operations on a day-to-day basis.

Sales coordination involves managing and supporting the various activities and processes that help the Stringer Sales team function effectively. A Sales Coordinator at Stringer Sales plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales efforts by handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication between departments, and providing support to sales representatives and managers.

Here are some key responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator:

- **Setting goals and quotas** for sales teams.
- **Coordinating training schedules** and maintaining sales presentation materials.
- **Tracking sales performance** and analyzing customer data to optimize sales efforts.
- **Handling order processing** and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Providing after-sales support** and responding to customer inquiries.
- Facilitating communication between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales opportunities

*Responsibilities*
- Assist in business development activities to drive sales growth
- Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals under the guidance of the sales team
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide support for Spanish-speaking clients to enhance customer relationships
- Assist in technology sales by understanding and promoting technical products
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth

*Skills*
- Strong sales acumen and ability to understand technical products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Familiarity with technology sales and market analysis would be advantageous
