- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing daily front desk operations with professionalism and care
- Coordinating patient scheduling, payments, and insurance processing
- Using **Open Dental** and **MaxAssist** to maintain accurate, efficient records
- Supporting both patients and clinical staff to ensure a smooth daily flow
- Helping to create a positive, well-organized, and collaborative environment

- We’re a great fit if you:
- Have at least two years of dental administrative experience
- Are familiar with **Open Dental** and **MaxAssist**:
- Enjoy organization, communication, and problem-solving
- Work well as part of a supportive team where everyone contributes

- Full-time, five days per week
- Two evenings per week
