**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to leads in the CRM and update clients with market insights.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding areas of interest and project opportunities.
- Prepare property packages, letters, and detailed valuation documents.
- Support property management administration: maintain records, prepare documents, track property data, manage insurance/sales reports, and take meeting minutes.
- Provide accounting support: send reminders, prepare cover letters, scan and save documents, and mail rent schedules.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while fostering a diverse and equitable work environment.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of relevant administrative, client relations, or real estate-related experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Mandarin and Cantonese speaking would be an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
