Vancouver, Canada Easy Education Inc. Full time

According to the resources provided by the company and actively develop customer resources, communicate with intended students about the educational products of Easy Group through WeChat, telephone and other methods.
- Collect potential customer information as required, maintain interactive communication with customers, and assist the team to complete sales targets.
- Answer students' questions regarding their courses, schedules, and build positive relationships with students.
- Coordinate between students and the marketing and product departments to assist in improving and guaranteeing service quality.
- Provide in-depth and timely analysis based on current education trends; run temporary reports to provide market information to the management team.
- Effectively communicate industry trends, lead quality and project updates for appropriate cross-functional and departmental team members.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor degree required.
- Proficient in Mandarin required.
- Sales and marketing experience preferred but not required.
- Good at communication, cheerful personality, quick response, a strong sense of responsibility and service.
- Self-motivated and driven team player.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

- 配合市场部门进行产品推广。
- 负责收集与整理学员资料信息，上传至公司学员系统。
- 维护新老客户关系，定期关心和推送公司产品。
- 定期和教学部门沟通课程销售情况以及学员反馈信息。
- 负责日常社群运营，朋友圈运营工作，及时发送课程介绍。
- 积极完成部门负责人所分配任务。

**任职要求：**
- 本科学历。
- 中文水平良好。
- 有销售，市场相关工作经验者优先。
- 具有良好的抗压能力优先。
- 有良好团队协作，沟通技巧者优先。
- 有自驱力和优秀的时间管理能力者优先。
