**Job Title: Veterinary Clinic Technician/Office Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgeries, including preparing surgical equipment, monitoring anesthesia, and post-operative care.
- Perform routine procedures such as vaccinations, blood draws, and laboratory tests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of exam rooms, surgical suite, and other clinic areas.
- Handle client interactions with professionalism, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and invoicing for services rendered.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of client and patient information.
- Collaborate with veterinary team members to provide high-quality care and support to patients and their owners.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing inventory, ordering supplies, and assisting with billing and financial transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a veterinary clinic environment is preferred.
- Certification as a Veterinary Technician or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience with Avimark software is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
