We are currently seeking a **Parts Coordinator** to provide excellent customer service and keep our parts department clean, organized and efficient.

**You have-**
- Experience in customer service and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Previous parts counter experience beneficial but not required
- Knowledge of inventory replenishment
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems beneficial
- Ability to read assembly drawings
- Class G Driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach handle tools and lift to 80lbs

**Duties/Responsibilities-**
- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and concerns
- Organize shipments and deliveries to customers. Drive to nearby construction sites to deliver required parts.
- Fill and pack orders for projects using assembly drawings and lists
- Maintain minimum inventory levels, placing orders, receiving and putting away stock.
- Perform data entry into order system.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department, breaking down boxes, crates, packaging, etc.
