**Job Overview**:
An Inside Sales & Estimating Coordinator is responsible for being the face of the company when related to parts requests from customers on past and current projects. They are also responsible for the preparation of the deliverables to the customer which consist of Manuals and Critical Spare Parts Proposal after a project is complete. We are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, professional and can work independently.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Advance Millwrights Inc. as a reputable and professional multi-trade company
- Increase growth and profitability of Advance Millwrights Inc.
- Act as Advance Millwrights Inc. Spare Parts Coordinator
- Work collaboratively with the Field Sales Team and Project Managers to drive territory coverage and maintain positive customer relationships
- Build and maintain relationships within the existing customer base
- Engage with the customer at a technical level to understand their specific needs and react to emergency and short lead requirements
- Direct customer needs to specific knowledge within Advance Millwrights expertise
- Request quotes from suppliers and manufacturers and flip them to AMI quote formula
- Draft, develop and submit Proposals to customers when necessary
- Create Manuals for customers upon project completion
- Create Critical Spare Parts Proposals to be submitted along with Manuals
- Liaise with Project Estimators and Engineering department to ensure quoting accuracy
- Maintain appropriate and accurate records of all sales activities through CRM (customer relationship management) system
- Provide superior customer service including regular and timely follow-ups on Proposals and completed work
- Document daily sales activities through CRM
- Track Proposals throughout the sales cycle to close orders through CRM
- Forecast projected sales through CRM
- Develop and improve marketing presence
- Implement promotional activities to support sales and team objectives
- Assist with marketing materials as required
- Balance a workload of multiple priorities
**Requirements**:
- Experience in an Inside Sales / Customer Service role in a manufacturing or distribution environment (min. 5 years)
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma preferred
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks 3D modeling and AutoCAD 2D - Inventor 3D experience an asset
- Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment and work independently on various design projects
- Able to solve complex technical problems and use critical thinking in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Able to maintain professionalism when dealing with clients in all interfaces
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work with a variety of personality types and resolve conflicts
