_**Hiring: Service Advisor**_
- **We Are Recruiting a Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor**_

Suburban Motors requires a results oriented _**Service Advisor **_to join our quality team. This is a full-time position located in Victoria, BC.

**Principal Duties**:

- Manages customer requests for maintenance and repairs;
- Provides excellent customer service;
- Writes repair orders;
- Communicates with customers about the status of work;
- Collects payment for services, accurately handling cash and credit payments;
- Sells additional services, including parts and accessories where appropriate.

**Position Requirements (minimum experience)**:

- Previous experience in automotive service environment preferred;
- General knowledge of parts and basic automotive repair procedures preferred;
- Valid class 5 driver’s license required;
- Intermediate computer skills required;
- Excellent phone manner required;
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
