**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their automotive needs are met. You will leverage your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to facilitate effective communication between customers and the service department, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service center.
- Assess customer needs by listening attentively and asking relevant questions regarding vehicle issues.
- Provide accurate information about services, repairs, and maintenance options available for vehicles.
- Prepare detailed estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency in pricing.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed of progress.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Promote additional services through upselling techniques while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Skills**
- Strong background in automotive repair or mechanical knowledge, with a solid understanding of vehicle systems.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Sales experience is beneficial, particularly in upselling services or products related to automotive care.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.

Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
