**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and execute creative and seasonally-inspired menus, emphasizing local and sustainable ingredients.
- Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain cost-effective food and labor budgets while achieving exceptional food quality and profitability.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain a strong focus on food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Source and build relationships with local suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality ingredients are consistently available.
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and industry best practices, and implement them in the kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable establishment, with a minimum of 3 years of culinary leadership experience.
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and innovation.
- Solid understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members, suppliers, and guests.
- Food Safety Certification and knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
