Part Time Concierge

**Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 4:00pm-12:00am**
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Concierge for our building in **Richmond, BC. Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaker preferred.**
**Duties and responsibilities**
As a Concierge, you are responsible for being the primary contact and source of information and services for residents and their guests. You are responsible for greeting all residents with a warm smile and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations.
**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
- At least one year of Customer Service Experience is required
- Excellent written and oral command of the **English **language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.
- Preference will be given to Mandarin/Cantonese speakers

- Reporting procedure for any employee COVID concerns, with on-going support
- Masks provided to all associates
- Residents in all buildings are informed of our COVID protocols and how procedures have been adjusted
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
