Full Time Residential Concierge/shuttle Driver

We are currently looking for 4 Full Time Front Desk **Concierge/Shuttle Drivers** for our brand new building in **Richmond, BC**.

**Shifts Available**:
**Monday to Friday**
- **4pm - 12am(midnight)**

**or**
- **8am - 4pm**

**Duties and responsibilities**

**As a Shuttle Driver **you will be responsible (among other things) for:

- driving a 7-seater shuttle
- assist in loading and uploading vehicle
- Inspect vehicle exterior and interior for cleanliness and new damages before trip. Report findings (if any) to Head Concierge immediately.
- Clean vehicle interior before/after each trip.
- Wash vehicle exterior and interior after service hour ends each day
- Charge the vehicle after each trip.

**As a Concierge**, you are responsible for being the primary contact and source of information and services for residents and their guests. You are responsible for greeting all residents with a warm smile and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
- At least one year of Customer Service Experience is required
- Excellent written and oral command of the **English **language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

- Direct Customer service: 1 year (required)

- Class 5 License with recent ICBC insert (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
