We are currently looking for 5 x Part Time Front Desk Residential Concierges for our brand new building in **Richmond, BC**.

**Shifts Available**:
**Saturday & Sunday**
- **8am - 4pm x2**

**or**
- **4pm - 12 midnight x2**

**or**
- **12 midnight - 8am (overnight)**

**Duties and responsibilities**

As a Concierge, you are responsible for being the primary contact and source of information and services for residents and their guests. You are responsible for greeting all residents with a warm smile and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
- At least one year of Customer Service Experience is required
- Excellent written and oral command of the **English **language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Direct Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Cantonese (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
