**Duties and responsibilities**
We are looking for diligent and detailed-oriented part-time weekend morning concierge to join our team in Richmond.
- Monitor building access.
- Serve residents.
- Conduct security patrols.
- Detect suspicious activity.
- Handle building and safety emergencies and dispatch appropriate response.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
**Skills and qualifications**
- Valid BC Security Guard license
- Concierge experience an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional, positive and friendly attitude
- Able to stay calm in stressful situations
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality
- Excellent listening and speaking skills
- Proficiency with computers; knowledge of MS Office
- ** Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is an asset**
**Job location and working hours**
- Richmond
- ** Part-time weekends**:
- ** Shifts are overnight 8 am to 4 pm**:
- Weekends availability is a must.
**Salary**
- ** $17.50 per hour**
