**Job brief**:
As the public face of the company the Showroom Assistant (Sales/Design) is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A showroom Assistant (Sales/Design) is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.

Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact and maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.

**Requirements**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual products standards.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Product knowledge.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Design kitchen/cabinets layouts (Using the software provided)
- Drafting contracts.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences for their cabinetry and countertops.
- Work with contractors and other professionals to ensure the project is implemented correctly.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to work on several projects/items at different levels of completeness at any time.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Available to work a variety of hours (may include mornings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision

**Duties**:

- Key Holder & Daily managements (Opening and closing of the Showroom)
- Collect required client information and pass on accordingly
- Direct Customer Care & Client management (Start to end of service)
- Estimates and Calculations to close potential leads on spot with the approval of line manager.
- If and when needed providing estimate to the clints, by calculating the need using the methods as per the policy of the company (Information will be provided)
- Invoice and Billing (Process payments + Preparing Invoices, calculating balances, billing and payments procedures and preparing Scopes of Work when required
- Organizing all paperwork’s related to the location
- Graphic Design and social media management (3+Accounts)
- Online advertisements (Google, Facebook, Kijiji) if requires and or as per schedule
- Professional communication with other locations + Facilities if required
- When requires designing Kitchen 3D sketches and preparing the quotes.
- In-Home visit to the client(s) if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
